We are facing new challenges as the number of global urban population is soaring. We, CHEIL, are the most appropriate technical consultant in the changing era, analyzing socio-economic impact, carrying out national, regional and urban plans. Through our deeds, we aim to improve the efficiency of land use and ensure pleasant environment for citizens. Recently, away from simply being a group of pragmatic technicians, we dig to understand the needs of our clients and provide them with the best results by taking the complex approach required for the new urban and regional development, for example with ‘Sejong Smart City National Demonstration Project’.

We took responsibility of the nation’s largest redevelopment up to date known as ‘Redevelopment District of Hannam 3 Area’ and completed the task with success. Also, when we took care of the biggest private industrial multiplex project in Republic of Korea yet, ‘Pyungtaek Brain City’, we gave our best to provide the most abundant life-giving space for the people.
